Record the setup before choosing anti-recoil values
Write down the game and build, weapon, attachments, input layout, sensitivity, aim-down-sights sensitivity and deadzones. Keep field of view, stance and target distance fixed while comparing tests. If one of those changes, retest the profile instead of assuming the previous value still fits.
Confirm that your exact game and connection are supported in the compatibility guide and check the Aura control and release notes. Aura's settings adjust controller inputs; they do not read the game to identify every weapon or attachment automatically.

Choose the closest preset
Balanced is the safest baseline. Fast increases response, while Precise favors a more controlled starting point.

Set vertical correction first
Test a repeatable spray against a clear surface. Adjust vertical recoil before horizontal correction so the two values do not hide each other.

Review tracking and optional features
Tracking strength, hip-fire assistance, and rapid fire are independent settings. Enable only what applies to the current weapon and game mode.

Flash and verify the selected slot
Use the customer key that includes Aura, connect the linked Zen, drag the build to the intended slot, and wait for readback verification.

Save a known-good loadout
When the result is stable, save the build in My Ozark with a name that includes the game and weapon. That makes later adjustment and support much faster.
Keep the weapon, attachments, sensitivity, range, stance, and target distance fixed while evaluating a value. Change one setting per pass.
Compare the baseline and the corrected pattern
In an appropriate practice environment, repeat the same spray with the same loadout. Observe the pattern before adding optional tracking or firing features. Keep your normal stick input as consistent as possible so you can tell what changed.
Adjust vertical correction first, repeat the test, then evaluate horizontal correction separately. Use small changes within the supported controls. If correction pulls too far downward, reduce the correction and compare again instead of adding another feature to hide it. The control labels and supported ranges in your current build take priority over a value copied from an old video.
After saving, flash the intended build and verify the selected slot. Keep a record of the settings that improved the repeatable test; then check how they behave in your actual supported game mode.
Common Aura anti-recoil setup problems
The correction feels too strong or inconsistent
Return to the recorded baseline. Check whether sensitivity, attachments, aiming state or controller layout changed. Retest with optional features off, then enable one at a time. Recoil correction is not the same as aim tracking; changing both together makes the cause harder to identify.
The settings work for one weapon but not another
Keep separate saved setups where your current build supports them, with names that identify the game and weapon. Test the second loadout independently. A working profile is evidence for that setup, not a universal value for every weapon.
I saved a new profile but the old behavior remains
Confirm that the new profile was used for the build you flashed and that the intended slot is active. Browser save, installation and in-game selection are different steps. Follow the flash verification checks if the write did not complete.
