How to set up a Cronus Zen script with My Ozark.
A clean connection prevents most setup failures. Complete these checks once, then keep the Zen connected until slot verification finishes.

Use a supported desktop browser
Open the Ozark Zen Flasher in the current desktop version of Chrome or Edge. Mobile browsers do not expose the required USB device connection.

Connect the Zen directly
Use a reliable data cable and a direct computer USB port. Close other software that may already hold the Zen connection before choosing Connect Zen.

Activate your customer key
Enter the complete key exactly as issued. On first authorized connection, a standard key links to that verified Zen serial. A replacement device requires a reviewed support reset.

Choose the script and slot
Select only a script included with the key. Read the eight Zen slots, choose the intended target, and confirm which existing script will be replaced.

Wait for verified readback
Leave the page open and the Zen connected through compilation, write, and verification. Success is shown only after the installed slot is read back.

- Active Ozark customer key
Common connection and verification checks
- Key not accepted: copy it exactly and confirm it licenses the selected product. Never post the key; use official support for secure verification.
- Zen not shown: use current desktop Chrome or Edge, reconnect the Zen, close other tools using it, and accept the browser device prompt.
- Flash did not verify: keep the page open and Zen connected, recheck the selected slot and connection, and save only non-sensitive error text for support.
