Ozark ScriptTerms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products from Ozark Script ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Digital products & license
Ozark products provide licensed access to digital Cronus Zen controller-configuration scripts through a customer key for My Ozark and the Zen Flasher. Cronus Zen hardware is required and sold separately. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the product purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post private source, customer keys, or login credentials.
One customer key binds to one Cronus Zen on its first verified connection. Reconnecting the same device is allowed; a replacement Zen requires a support reset. Multiple purchase keys can belong to one My Ozark account. Ozark GPC, listed as LIBRARY at checkout, provides all-access to active Ozark product libraries and published seller or standalone releases. Each release retains its own requirements and support status.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm the payment method used is yours and authorized.
3. Acceptable use & user responsibility
Our scripts operate at the controller hardware layer and do not interact with game software. Use of input scripts may nonetheless be restricted by the terms of service of individual games, platforms, or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable game rules, platform terms, and laws. We are not responsible for any account action, suspension, or ban imposed by any third party.
4. No affiliation
We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or platform holder. See our Content & Affiliation Policy.
5. Checkout and delivery
Ozark Script is the product brand. Checkout is provided through Ozark Vault on Shopify or Komerza. When paying through Shopify, the merchant name is Ozark Green and card charges may appear as SP OZARK GREEN. The product page identifies the selected product and base price in USD. Confirm the selected item and final total before payment. Shopify purchase terms are available on the Ozark Vault Terms of Service page.
Your customer key and My Ozark activation instructions are emailed automatically after successful payment confirmation, normally within moments. If the email has not arrived, check spam, then open a private support ticket in the official Ozark Discord with your order number. Use that email and key to activate My Ozark, or sign in to an existing verified account to access the purchase. No physical item is shipped. See Delivery & access for the setup and recovery process. Provide accurate order contact information and check product requirements before purchase.
6. Updates
Purchases include updates while the purchased product remains supported. Support, compatibility, and updates may change when third-party games, platforms, browsers, or controller hardware change. We do not promise indefinite future support.
7. Disclaimers
Products are provided subject to applicable consumer law. We do not promise wins, rankings, competitive results, or permanent compatibility with any third-party game or platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozark Script shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from third-party account actions, arising out of or related to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Refunds
Refunds and the EEA right to withdraw from a purchase are described in our Refund Policy. Receiving a key, activating My Ozark, or using the Zen Flasher does not by itself remove your statutory withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights. See how to withdraw from a purchase.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases. The terms applicable when you purchase remain part of your purchase contract; later changes do not remove your existing contractual or mandatory consumer rights.
