Ozark Script respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how a copyright owner or authorized representative can report specific material available through this site for review under applicable copyright law.
Submit a private copyright report
Start through the Contact and Support page and request a private copyright-report channel. Do not post identity documents, signatures, addresses, or other private legal information in a public Discord channel.
Information to include
A complete report should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL and a clear description of the material you want reviewed.
- Your name and reliable private contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Review process
Ozark Script may ask for missing information, preserve relevant records, restrict access to material while a report is reviewed, notify the affected party, or reject incomplete or unsupported reports. Actions depend on the facts and applicable law; submission does not guarantee removal.
Counter-notice
If material you supplied is restricted following a copyright report, you may request a private counter-notice channel through Contact and Support. A counter-notice should identify the affected material and prior location, explain your good-faith belief that restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, include reliable private contact information, include any jurisdiction and service statements required by applicable law, and contain your physical or electronic signature.
Misrepresentation and repeat issues
Knowingly submitting a materially false report or counter-notice may create legal liability. Ozark Script may restrict accounts or access associated with repeated, substantiated infringement or abuse of the reporting process when appropriate.
