OzarkEnd User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the licensed use of digital GPC script products supplied by Ozark Script. It supplements the Terms of Service, which also govern purchases, delivery, acceptable use, and support.
1. License grant
After a valid purchase, Ozark Script grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased product for the purchaser's own non-commercial use with supported controller hardware and platforms.
2. Permitted use
You may configure supported product values in My Ozark, compile or receive the licensed build through the provided workflow, and use that build on a supported Cronus Zen linked under the applicable customer-access rules.
3. Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, publicly post, share, or commercially exploit an Ozark product, customer key, private setup link, compiled build, or protected source. You may not bypass access controls or attempt to obtain private source through reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
4. Ownership
The product is licensed, not sold. Ozark Script and its licensors retain their rights in the original script logic, protected source, branding, documentation, and delivery systems. This EULA does not transfer ownership of those materials.
5. Third-party hardware and services
Ozark products require third-party controller hardware and may be used with third-party games, platforms, browsers, and services. Ozark Script is not affiliated with those third parties. You are responsible for checking their current rules and for using the product lawfully.
6. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided while the purchased product remains supported and technically operable. Compatibility may change when third-party games, platforms, browsers, or hardware change. Indefinite updates or permanent compatibility are not promised.
7. Suspension or termination
The license may be suspended or terminated for a material breach of this EULA or the Terms of Service, including redistribution, credential sharing, or deliberate circumvention of access controls. Rights that must continue by their nature, including ownership and applicable limitations, survive termination.
8. Results and platform risk
No product guarantees wins, rankings, universal timing outcomes, or protection from third-party account action. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Review the Refund Policy for the support-first refund process.
