These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products from Ozark Script ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Digital products & license

All Ozark products are digital script files for use with third-party controller hardware. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly post our files or login credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm the payment method used is yours and authorized.

3. Acceptable use & user responsibility

Our scripts operate at the controller hardware layer and do not interact with game software. Use of input scripts may nonetheless be restricted by the terms of service of individual games, platforms, or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable game rules, platform terms, and laws. We are not responsible for any account action, suspension, or ban imposed by any third party.

4. No affiliation

We are an independent third party and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher or platform holder. See our Content & Affiliation Policy.

5. Checkout and delivery

Ozark Script is the storefront and product brand. Komerza provides the embedded checkout. The product name, currency, and final amount are shown in the Komerza checkout before payment and should match the product selected on this site.

Products are delivered digitally after successful payment through the order confirmation and/or My Ozark access instructions. Discord is an optional support channel and is not the payment processor. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to confirm the product requirements before purchase.

6. Updates

Purchases include updates while the purchased product remains supported. Support, compatibility, and updates may change when third-party games, platforms, browsers, or controller hardware change. We do not promise indefinite future support.

7. Disclaimers

Products are provided subject to applicable consumer law. We do not promise wins, rankings, competitive results, or permanent compatibility with any third-party game or platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozark Script shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from third-party account actions, arising out of or related to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these Terms.
