This Privacy Policy explains how Ozark Script ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our site or purchase our products.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, email address, and billing details necessary to process your purchase (handled by our payment processor).
- Account/community information: your Discord username or ID if you join our community to receive products and updates.
- Technical data: basic analytics such as browser type and pages visited. Hosting and abuse-prevention systems may process a network address, but the assistant rate limiter stores only a cryptographic request fingerprint.
- Assistant data: redacted question and answer excerpts, page context, answer source, quality status, and support-handoff status when the assistant is used.

Payment processing
Komerza provides the embedded checkout and coordinates payment processing for this storefront. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your payment data is handled according to the privacy practices and security standards shown in checkout by the relevant provider.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment processors, hosting, and community platforms), and only as needed to provide our service or as required by law.
Cookies & analytics
We use a temporary, randomly generated session identifier to understand the path from product viewing to checkout. When checkout begins, we may attach the product, page, button placement, and campaign source to the order for attribution. This tracking does not include customer keys, Zen serial numbers, controller settings, saved tuning values, or message contents. Komerza processes checkout and storefront analytics under its own privacy practices. You can control optional cookies through your browser or the analytics consent controls shown on the site.
Ozark Assistant logs and safety
The assistant is grounded in the current Ozark catalog and may retain privacy-filtered conversation excerpts for quality review, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Customer keys, Zen serial numbers, API keys, payment data, email addresses, phone numbers, network addresses, and private-link parameters are redacted when detected before a conversation record is written. Conversation identifiers and rate-limit identifiers are cryptographically hashed rather than stored in raw form.
Assistant conversation records expire after 30 days. Do not enter a customer key, Zen serial number, payment detail, password, or API key into the assistant. Use the official Support page when a case requires account, order, key, or device review.
Data retention
We retain order and account information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your rights

Children's privacy
Our products are not directed to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
